Workshop Controller Required in the Hindhead, Surrey area.
  • Monday to Friday ONLY!
  • Up to £45,000 basic salary dependent on experience
Our client a Prestige Specialist in the Hindhead, Surrey area is currently looking to hire an experienced Workshop Controller for their busy garage and to support he work of their Service Manager.  

Working on cars from the 1960's right up to the present day you will need an extremely broad level of experience to include service, maintenance, repair, restoration, fabrication and more complex diagnostic working on newer vehicles as well as being an MOT centre for their local customers.  

Our client is looking for somebody who lives and breathes cars and has the same high level of commitment, dedication attention to detail as they do to join their management team!

As a Workshop Controller for our client your day to day duties will be: 
  • Ability to drive, lead and motivate the workshop team 
  • Mechanical knowledge 
  • Parts ordering and monitoring the jobs coming into the workshop the following day
  • Price up Vehicle Health Checks and provide accurate estimates to service manager
  • Answer inbound phone calls if required
  • Assist the Service Manager wherever possible
