Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator Required for Bodyshop in Crawley

We are currently working with a reputable Bodyshop in the Crawley area who are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established workshop that prides itself on delivering high-quality crash repair services and outstanding customer care.

Role Responsibilities for the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates.
  • Liaise with technicians, customers, and insurance companies to ensure smooth repair processes.
  • Support the workshop team in maintaining high repair standards and efficient workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Previous experience as an Estimator / VDA in the crash repair industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of body repair methods and estimating systems (such as Audatex).
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications for the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • ATA VDA accreditation or equivalent (not essential).
  • Previous experience in a busy Bodyshop environment.
  • Automotive technical qualifications are beneficial.
