What’s in it for you as a Service Advisor?
- Basic Salary starting at £30,000, with a realistic OTE of £36,000
- Monday to Friday shifts, starting at either 7:30 and 8:00 am, finishing at either 5:00 to 5:30 pm
- Rotating Saturday mornings (one in eight), 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (paid overtime)

- Provide clear updates and technical explanations to customers regarding their service or repairs
- Listen to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, including upselling accessories or additional services
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
- Support the workshop team with scheduling and relevant information
- Uphold the brand’s standards by promoting service plans, warranties, and relevant products
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Past experience in a service advisory role, preferably within the automotive industry (training will be provided if needed)
- Organised with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Confidence in managing challenging conversations with professionalism and tact
- IT literate, with experience using automotive management software (training provided)
- Full UK driving licence (preferably clean)
- Prior experience with dealership management systems like Kerridge or similar software
- Background in customer service, sales, or parts advisory roles
