- Salary: Up to £52,500 OTE! (Basic up to £43,000, depending on qualifications and experience + plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme
 - Hours: 42 per week | Mon–Fri 7am–5pm | Alternate Saturdays 7am–1pm
 
Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Technician:
- Perform vehicle health checks using the latest technology
 - Conduct vehicle services according to manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
 - Complete additional repairs as authorised by customers
 - Carry out warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
 - Conduct road tests to ensure all faults are resolved
 - Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
 
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
 - Previous motor industry experience (brand or non-brand)
 - Full and valid UK driving licence
 - Self-motivated and able to work to the highest standards
 - Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues
 - Diagnostic, MOT, and EV experience is desirable but not essential
 - Ambitious, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
