Our Client, a well-established and busy used car dealership, is looking for a talented Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team. In this role, you will perform vehicle servicing and maintenance to exceptional standards, communicating professionally and courteously with colleagues and customers alike. With a focus on organisation, efficiency, and accuracy, you'll contribute to the smooth running of the workshop while enjoying a supportive working environment.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Carrying out vehicle servicing on purchased cars, PDI Checks and repairs to the highest standards
  • Diagnosing issues and performing repairs across a wide range of vehicle makes and models
  • Communicating test results and recommended work to the Service Advisors
  • Ensuring all quality inspection controls are followed
  • Maintaining up-to-date product and technical knowledge
  • Delivering excellent customer service to foster loyalty and generate referrals
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technicians:
  • Ideally a NVQ Level 3 or level 2 qualification
  • Time Served Experienced considered
  • Ability to complete work efficiently and to a high standard
  • MOT Testing Licence highly preferred
  • EV experience - Training provided
  • Experience working with a variety of vehicle brands, including electric and hybrid models preferred
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
