Required Skills of the Aftersales Manager:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labour sales and customer satisfaction scores
- Good understanding of aftersales processes, parts, and service operations
- Experience with dealer management systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of vehicle warranty procedures and aftersales marketing strategies
- Previous experience in a high-volume dealership setting
- Relevant automotive service or management qualifications preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role within automotive aftersales
- Must have experience leading an aftersales team and delivering results
- Ability to work full-time hours from 08:00 to 17:30 Monday - Friday
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle (company car and fuel provided)
- Tenure includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service benefit, and company benefits
