We are currently recruiting a Parts Advisor for our client in Warrington, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Parts Advisor looking to develop their career within a well-established automotive retail environment.

Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to advance in their profession. The successful Parts Advisor will be an integral part of the dealership’s parts department, providing outstanding service to internal and external customers.

Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
  • £28,500 Basic Salary

Duties of a Parts Advisor with our Client:
  • Feeding the workshop and working on the front counter
  • Providing excellent customer service by advising on parts availability and specifications
  • Communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed customer records and processing orders
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Supporting the team to ensure the parts department operates smoothly and efficiently
To be considered for this Parts Advisor role, you must be:
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Experienced in parts retail or automotive service environment (preferred but not essential)
  • A team player with a professional approach to customer service
  • IT literate with familiarity with web-based and Microsoft Office systems
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
