Are you an experienced and passionate Vehicle Paint Sprayer seeking your next career opportunity in Chatham, Kent? Our client is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent chance to work in a well-established environment handling a variety of high-quality vehicles, including prestige and sports models.

  • Competitive basic salary around £50,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £54,000
  • 8 AM to 5PM/5:30 PM
  • Opportunity for overtime, especially on Saturdays, subject to workload

Duties of the Vehicle Paint Sprayer include:
  • Applying high-quality paint to vehicles, including insurance, dealer, and internal work
  • Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding and masking
  • Polishing vehicles post-painting to achieve a flawless finish
  • Working on a variety of vehicles from Fiesta to Ferrari, including classic cars
  • Maintaining a high standard of work and adhering to safety protocols
  • Assisting with minor preparation and polishing tasks as required
Candidate requirements for the Vehicle Paint Sprayer role:
  • 3 to 5 years of proven spray painting experience
  • Ability to deliver top-quality finishes consistently
  • Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented personality
  • Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when needed
  • Experience working with different paint systems is a plus but not essential
  • An attitude focused on growth and reliability, with a keen eye for detail
