Roadside Vehicle Technician – Nights - Liverpool
  •  Salary: £41,200 basic (inclusive of night allowance) + average OTE £43,000–£53,000
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 40 hours per week; availability from 9pm - 6am
  • Location: Liverpool (Mobile Role – start and finish on your driveway)  
Our client, the UK's leading breakdown service provider, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Roadside Mechanic to join their growing Roadside Patrol team. As a valued member of the team, you’ll provide essential roadside support, delivering high-quality service to members across the country. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you’ll handle breakdowns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert assistance.

Key Responsibilities for the Roadside Vehicle Technician:
  • Respond to roadside breakdowns and offer technical support
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles, handling a range of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues
  • Ensure members receive exceptional service every time
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions

What We’re Looking For in a Roadside Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills and tough skin (the night shift can be challenging!)
  • Full UK driving licence
