 - Salary: £28,000 basic | £34,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
 - Hours: Monday to Friday + Saturday morning rota

 - Liaising between the workshop and customers, keeping them informed throughout the process.

 - Managing invoicing and vehicle handovers on completion.
 - Promoting customer surveys and ensuring excellent satisfaction scores.
 
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar motor trade customer service role is essential.
 - Excellent communication and organisational skills.
 - Confident using Dealer Management Systems such as Pinnacle, 1Link, or Motability (training can be provided).
 - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
 - A proactive team player with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
 - Full UK driving licence required.
