- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with uncapped bonus and a 3-month guaranteed bonus upon joining. A flexible 4-day working week (subject to discussion at interview) is also available at select locations.
- Salary: £38,600 – £42,000 basic, OTE up to £46,600 (dependent on level and performance)
Key Responsibilities for a Master Vehicle Technician:
- Diagnose complex faults and carry out advanced repairs to manufacturer standards
- Support and mentor other technicians with technical guidance
- Perform road tests and quality control checks on completed work
- Ensure all workshop documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment in line with company policies
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) – Master Technician status desirable
- Proven experience within a main dealer or manufacturer-approved environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
