- Salary: £35,000 basic + bonus (OTE £60,000)
Key Responsibilities for the Business Manager:
- Drive the sale of finance and insurance products to customers
- Monitor and improve finance & insurance penetration rates
- Support and coach the Sales Executive team to maximise performance
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company processes
- Deliver excellent customer service, fostering loyalty and referrals
- Solid experience in finance and insurance sales within the motor trade
- Strong knowledge of FCA compliance and regulations
- Proven ability to supervise and manage the sales process
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
