Parts Supervisor Required in Eastbourne, East Sussex
  • Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30
  • Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)
We are working with a well-established Main Dealer in the Eastbourne area, now looking to recruit an experienced Parts Supervisor or Parts Manager to lead their busy Parts Department.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable group offering long-term development, full manufacturer training, and a supportive working environment.

Duties of the Parts Supervisor / Manager include:
  • Oversee the daily running of the Parts Department
  • Liaise with workshop and service teams to supply parts accurately and on time
  • Manage stock control, orders, and returns
  • Maintain excellent supplier relationships
  • Ensure departmental targets are met
  • Support and coach junior members of the team
  • Ensure the department runs efficiently and profitably
What our client is looking for:
  • Previous experience in a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor position (Main Dealer preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Comfortable with DMS systems (Kerridge/ADP experience ideal)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a fast-paced parts operation
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service internally and externally
  • Automotive or motor trade background
