- Basic Salary: £45,000 basic
- OTE: £55,000
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Paint Sprayer to join their dynamic vehicle repair team. If you have a passion for precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a first-class finish, this is your chance to shine.
What You’ll Do as a Paint Sprayer :
- Prepare vehicles for painting through masking, sanding, and surface preparation
- Spray paint with high accuracy, ensuring perfect colour match and flawless final finish
- Use appropriate safety gear and follow health and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets and maintain quality standards
- Stay updated on the latest spray-painting techniques and product innovations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive spray painting
- ATA accreditation preferred
- Strong understanding of spray technology, paint mixing, and surface preparation
- Ability to work independently and supervise junior team members when needed
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience — typically in the range of £40,000 to 45,000 per annum + bonus
