- Assist with Leading and managing the entire Aftersales team, including parts, service, and workshop staff
- Set and achieve KPIs, exceeding brand standards and targets
- Maximise workshop productivity and efficiency
- Develop department plans and budgets to meet quarterly and annual objectives
- Maintain financial and operational controls within the department
- Monitor key KPIs and report performance accurately & timely
- Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly and recoveries are maximised
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong technical understanding of automotive aftersales processes
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team to exceed targets
- Experience in budget development and monitoring
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Driving licence and the ability to travel as required
- Will live within or be able to travel efficiently to Eastbourne
- Has relevant automotive sector experience, preferably in a main dealer environment
- Is self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
