We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Client’s Prestige Main Dealership in the Maidstone area.

Exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor at a prestigious dealership located in Maidstone, Kent. Our client, a highly respected automotive group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional team. This role offers a chance to grow within a reputable organisation known for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting their staff’s development.

Key responsibilities of the Service Advisor include:
  • Managing workshop bookings, including MOTs and service appointments
  • Upselling additional products and service plans
  • Delivering outstanding customer care from booking to vehicle collection
  • Supporting customers with their ongoing vehicle needs and repairs
  • Administering customer information accurately and efficiently
  • Proactively following up to ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate requirements for this Service Advisor role:
  • A minimum of 1-year experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
  • Knowledge of systems such as Keyloop Kerridge is advantageous
Interdepartmental movement within the automotive sector is considered dependent on experience and background aligning well with the role.
