Our motor trade client is a well-established Independent Prestige Specialist with an excellent reputation in the locality. They are actively looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is not only good at face to face customer service but also knowledgeable about vehicles and the required parts for repairs.
They provide more than just your basic service and repair work, specialising in German brand vehicles they carry out everything from a quick vehicle health check to diagnostics and full engine rebuilds.
Details & Benefits for the Service Advisor Role:
- Company: Independent Prestige Vehicle Specialist.
- Salary: up to £35,000 basic p.a.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm.
- 1 in 3 Saturdays worked 8.00am-1.00pm.
- Required: UK Right to Work, Full UK Driving Licence.
- Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and face to face.
- Booking in vehicles into the workshop and workshop loading.
- Costing up jobs and invoicing for work done.
- Actively sourcing required parts online.
- Advising the customer about the work being done utilising your knowledge of vehicles.
