What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Greeting customers and handling service enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Booking in vehicles for servicing and repairs, and liaising with the workshop team.
  • Providing updates to customers and managing expectations regarding timescales and costs.
  • Preparing invoices and taking payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work done and parts used.
  • Ensuring the front-of-house area reflects the garage’s friendly and professional image.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Reception, or Customer Service role within the motor trade is beneficial—but not essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine interest in automotive services.
  • Confidence using computer systems and handling multiple tasks at once.
