  • Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm ONLY / NO Weekends

This vital role plays a key part in managing warranty claims smoothly and efficiently, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with the latest systems, this could be the perfect job for you!

What You’ll do as a Warranty Administrator:
  • Manage warranty claims for the company
  • Use Kerridge DMS 
  • Ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including training from current team members, to ensure seamless workflow
  • Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively, without being overwhelmed

Required Skills as a Warranty Administrator:
  • Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and navigate technical systems quickly, particularly Kerridge DMS
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients
  • Previous experience working with automotive warranty systems
  • Knowledge of automotive industry processes
  • Customer service experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Prior experience in warranty management or administrative roles within the automotive sector preferred
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous
