- Proven experience as an automotive Aftersales Manager within a franchised dealership
- Ideally experienced with main dealer franchises
- Knowledge of RTC systems is advantageous
- Hands-on management style with a focus on team development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with impeccable manners
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aftersales management
