Panel Beater required in Birmingham 
  • Up to £40,000 basic 
  • OTE £50,000+
  • 40-45 hour week (optional)
Our client, a well-established and reputable vehicle bodyshop with over 39 years of industry experience, is currently looking to recruit a fully skilled Panel Beater to join their Birmingham branch. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a multi-award-winning team known for high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service. 

Key Responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
  • Repair and replace body components to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition and manufacturer standards
  • Assess repair needs and determine the most effective repair methods using specialist equipment
  • Work collaboratively within a team to manage and complete workload efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all repairs
Requirements for the Panel Beater:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Bodyshop environment
  • ATA accreditation preferred but not essential
  • Experience working with vehicles from manufacturers with multiple approvals (e.g., BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Kia)
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing training to stay updated with the latest repair standards
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
