  • Pay: £38k Basic + £4k OTE 
  • Hours: 8 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday only

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and technical skills to manage a busy, multi-franchised service workshop. Our client is looking for a dedicated professional who can drive workshop profitability whilst delivering excellent customer service!

  • Competitive basic salary of £38,000 per annum
  • Potential OTE of £42,000 with performance-related bonus of £4,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5.30pm

Duties of the Workshop Controller role:
  • Manage and motivate the workshop team to deliver high-quality service
  • Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Drive workshop profitability through effective resource management
  • Liaise with service advisors and customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of technical service and vehicle quality
  • Support technicians with technical issues and assist in diagnostics
  • Control workshop workflow and prioritise repairs for maximum throughout
Candidate spec for the Workshop Controller role:
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems and diagnostics
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage a large team within a busy dealership environment
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and workshop performance
