We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable employer for the role of Workshop Manager at their historic car workshop in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to oversee a team dedicated to the restoration and maintenance of classic vehicles. The Workshop Manager role offers a basic salary of £55,000 per annum, which is negotiable depending on experience, along with private medical and dental insurance and standard weekday hours, providing a great work-life balance.

- Excellent project management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritising
- Good technical knowledge of mechanics and restoration processes
- Effective communication skills for client relations and team coordination
- Experience with managing workflows
- An interest or background in classic cars, restoration, or automotive heritage is desirable
