Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles to a high standard for repair and service
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and bodywork issues
- Assist colleagues on large jobs to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
- Advise the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work required
- Maintain product knowledge and awareness of manufacturer standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service leading to customer loyalty
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
- Experience in fault finding, mechanical, electrical, and body repairs
- Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team
- Full UK driving licence
