This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Service Advisors looking to work within a well-respected LCV main dealer environment, offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and potential for career progression!

  • Working hours Monday to Friday Only, 07:00 to 17:00 or 08:00 to 18:00.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our client:
  • Book work into the workshop, including MOTs and servicing
  • Upsell additional products such as service plans and add-ons
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the vehicle’s repair process
  • Manage customer communication and ensure a smooth service experience
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and workshop scheduling
  • Promote dealership offers and upsell opportunities effectively
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Knowledge of VAG brands or experience with Volkswagen and Audi is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Motivated to advance within the dealership career path
