- Location: Rochdale
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30, with alternate Saturdays 08:30 – 13:00
- Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities for a Parts Advisor:
- Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with customer parts enquiries
- Support both retail and internal customers with efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain organised parts administration using computerised systems
- Work confidently both independently and within a close-knit team
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of a busy parts department
- Previous customer service experience (essential)
- Automotive or parts experience advantageous but not required
- Strong organisational skills with good IT and admin ability
- A positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
