  • Order and manage parts required for vehicle preparation
  • Coordinate vehicles arriving into stock to ensure smooth workflow through all departments
  • Ensure vehicles are fully prepared and retail ready within required timescales
  • Liaise with workshop, valeting, and sales teams to maintain efficiency
  • Support general operational organisation within the preparation process
What We’re Looking For in a Preparation Manager:
  • Previous experience within automotive operations, parts, or vehicle preparation
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail and team collaboration
  • Full UK driving licence
