  • Location: Rochdale
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30, with alternate Saturdays 08:30 – 13:00
  • Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to welcome a Parts Advisor into their award-winning parts department.

Key Responsibilities for a Parts Advisor:
  • Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with customer parts enquiries
  • Support both retail and internal customers with efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain organised parts administration using computerised systems
  • Work confidently both independently and within a close-knit team
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of a busy parts department
What We’re Looking For in a Parts Advisor:
  • Previous customer service experience (essential)
  • Automotive or parts experience advantageous but not required
  • Strong organisational skills with good IT and admin ability
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
