Benefits of the Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
  • OTE up to £41,000 including bonuses
  • Performance-based team bonus up to £500 per month
  • Ongoing training with potential to progress to Master Technician within one to two years

  • Hours of work from 08:30 to 17:00 with alternate Saturdays paid at time and a half
Duties of the Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Diagnosing and repairing petrol, hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Conducting general vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Diagnosing complex electrical and electronic issues
  • Working efficiently on a variety of makes and models
  • Ensuring high standards of safety and quality in all work carried out
Specifications for the Vehicle Technician role:
  • Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Repair/Diagnostics
  • Strong experience working with hybrid and electric vehicles
  • MOT testing certification essential
  • Experience as a Vehicle Technician in an independent garage or main dealer
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
