Duties of the Master Technician will include:
  • Carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide range of customer vehicles
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle systems effectively and efficiently
  • Using workshop systems and diagnostic equipment confidently and accurately
  • Ensuring work standards exceed both manufacturer and customer expectations
  • Maintaining safety standards and workshop cleanliness at all times
Candidate were looking for in a Master Technician include:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience working as a Senior / Master Technician within a busy workshop environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures
  • A proactive attitude and passion for the automotive industry
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship
