- Pay: £26,520 Basic + £50k Uncapped, Realistic OTE
- Hours: 5 Days a week over 7 days (retail hours)

- Identifying new business opportunities and maximising sales opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and negotiations to close sales effectively
- Supporting team colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, benefits, and industry developments
- A minimum of 12 months main dealer sales experience in the motor trade
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience in outbound telephone communication is desirable
- Resides within a one-hour commute of Wimbledon, London
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months; must be aged 19 or over to be eligible for a company car
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and support team efforts effectively
- Passionate about the automotive industry and eager to develop a successful career in car sales
