About the Centre Manager Role:
- Lead and motivate a talented team to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch service.
- Enhance customer conversion through effective communication and follow-up procedures.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient centre management.
- Maintain the security and accuracy of stock, assets, and customer data.
- Manage stock control, deliveries, and equipment maintenance in line with company standards.
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager within the automotive industry.
- A strong background in sales and customer service.
- Technical or mechanical automotive knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months.
- Salary between £34,000 and £38,000 plus bonus potential.
