- Location: Trafford Park, Manchester (some cross-country travel required)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week
- Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities for a Manufacturing Compliance & Quality Manager:
- Lead QHSE policies, procedures and compliance across manufacturing operations.
- Ensure vehicle builds and modifications meet Type Approval and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems to support continuous improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis, manage NCRs and monitor customer feedback.
- Deliver training, promote a strong safety culture and liaise with regulatory bodies and suppliers.
- Proven experience within QHSE, compliance or quality in automotive, vehicle bodybuilding or engineering.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and technical compliance processes.
- Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001 (training available).
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to influence safety-first behaviours.
- Full UK driving licence (cross-country travel required)
