Pay: £32 - £34k Basic + Bonus
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday+ Saturday mornings on a rota

As a Service Advisor, your role will focus on delivering a personalised and seamless experience for every customer. You will act as the ambassador for the dealership, managing customer needs from initial contact through to vehicle delivery and aftersales support.

Key duties include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Greeting customers and understanding their automotive requirements
  • Making tailored recommendations for servicing and vehicle options
  • Managing appointments and liaising across departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Advising customers on vehicle features, maintenance, and bespoke packages
  • Maintaining detailed records using dealership CRM systems
  • Building long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty
  • Working closely with sales and service teams to exceed customer expectations
The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
  • Possess confidence and a personable manner
  • Demonstrate a passion for automotive and delivering excellent customer service
  • Be professional, enthusiastic, and proactive
  • Have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Be confident building rapport with a diverse clientele
  • Hold a good knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry terminology
  • Be proficient in CRM systems and dealership management software
This Service Advisor role offers working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis (with time off in lieu).
