  • Pay: £30k Basic + Bonuses 
  • Hours: 45 hours per week + Saturdays on a rota 
Are you an experienced Parts Advisor seeking a new opportunity within a reputable dealership? Our client, a premium main car dealer located in Sidcup, South London, is actively recruiting for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a well-established environment with excellent facilities and a supportive team.

  • Competitive Basic Salary of around £30,000 per annum
  • Profit-driven bonus scheme averaging approximately £450 to £650 per month
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
  • One in three Saturday mornings, typically 8.30am to 12.30pm

Duties of the Parts Advisor include:
  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients
  • Managing parts processes to meet quality and manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring effective stock control and warehouse management
  • Monitoring customer needs and competitor activity within the parts market
  • Developing the parts team through coaching and performance management
  • Collaborating with other departments to support business growth
  • Maintaining health and safety standards within the workplace
Requirements for the Parts Advisor position:
  • Minimum of two years experience in an automotive parts department
  • Well-presented, enthusiastic, and committed to high standards
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Computer literate with the ability to manage administrative duties effectively
  • Open to considering individuals with telesales experience, based at Sidcup, or those from a traditional parts background
