LCV / Van Technician Required in Dartford 
  • Pay: £45k Basic + £60K OTE with realistic bonuses
  • Hours: 42 hours per week, with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings on a rota 
Our client is seeking an experienced LCV Technician to join their busy Dealership team in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled Van Technicians looking to develop their career within a reputable and industry-leading environment. You will be working on Light Commercial Vehicles in a fast-paced, professional setting, with excellent earning potential and a supportive employer.

Duties:
  • Conduct Light Commercial Vehicle repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose faults accurately using specialised diagnostic tools
  • Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard while adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Accurately complete all relevant documentation and repair reports
  • Work as part of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency
  • Provide technical advice and support to junior team members where necessary
Requirements as a LCV Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician or Van Technician, within a Main Dealership or Fleet Environment.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with modern vehicle systems
  • Holding relevant technical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be reliable, goal oriented and a team player
  • Experience working on vans and commercial vehicles is essential
