Looking to take your automotive career to the next level? We’re working with a busy Fast-Fit Garage in Tavistock that’s on the hunt for an Assistant Centre Manager. What you’ll be doing as an Assistant Centre Manager:
  • Supporting the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the workshop
  • Making sure customers receive excellent service and leave happy
  • Supervising and helping out Technicians and Fast-Fit staff
  • Managing appointment schedules and workflow in the workshop
  • Keeping everything safe and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Promoting additional services and helping meet sales targets
Requirements of this Assistant Centre Manager position:
  • Experience working in a fast fit or automotive service environment
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service
  • Technical knowledge, ideally with some supervisory or technician experience
  • A full driving licence
