Are you an experienced MET Technician seeking a new opportunity in Cornwall? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable employer for a skilled MET Technician to work at their Liskeard site. - Competitive basic salary up to £45,000 per annum
- Working hours mainly from Monday to Thursday, with early start shifts.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pro-rated for a four-day workweek.
- Exposure to accident repair and insurance work including strip fitting, suspension, mechanical repairs, and damage assessment.
- Conducting accident repairs on vehicles – stripping, fitting, suspension, and mechanical tasks.
- Diagnosing and executing repairs in line with insurance requirements
- Working efficiently to meet client standards and deadlines
- Maintaining accurate documentation and repair reports
- Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times
- Proven experience as an MET Technician or Auto Electrician with a strong background in accident repair.
- Ability to work Monday to Thursday on early shifts
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems on vehicles
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Able to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality repairs
