Our client is a long-established Vehicle Accident Repair Centre, they have a great reputation in the local area for quality work, with a brand established for over 100 years! They are a BSI Kitemark registered body shop providing all accident repair services. They are well known throughout Brighton & East Sussex, with customers from as far as Crawley, Eastbourne and Worthing using their services.
They are seeking a Service Advisor to join their Brighton team! This a great opportunity to join a thriving part of the accident repair business. Our client offers a fully equipped workshop with regular updating of equipment, and ongoing support and training.
This Service Advisor role is ideal for individuals who love customer service, passionate about providing a great experience for clientele, and being happy to help get their customer vehicles back up on the road!
If you are seeking a Trainee or entry level opportunity to the automotive industry, this position is open to Service Advisors with a strong transferable skill set.

- Assess and document vehicle damage and repair requirements
- Liaising with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Providing accurate cost estimates for repair work
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating repairs with the workshop team
- Administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and invoices
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the repair process
- Maintaining effective communication with insurance companies and suppliers
- Ideally prior experience within an automotive service or parts role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle accident repair processes is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Understanding of health and safety regulations,
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Ideally local to Brighton or able to travel to the Brighton area.
- Right to live and work with the UK.
