Duties of the Bodyshop Technician:
  • Perform high-quality repairs across panel, paint, and mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) disciplines
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer standards and internal quality protocols
  • Utilise the latest diagnostic tools, equipment, and repair techniques to deliver precise results
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations
  • Prioritise safety, accuracy, and professionalism throughout every stage of the repair process
Bodyshop Technician Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician in an accident repair or bodyshop environment
  • ATA accreditation or willingness to obtain it in relevant disciplines
  • Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • A proactive, forward-thinking approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, accountability, and professionalism
