  • Salary up to £36,000; OTE £45,000
  • Monday to Friday role, with Saturdays on a rota

Duties as a Workshop Controller:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity
  • Manage and lead the team of service technicians and workshop staff, encouraging excellent performance and customer service
  • Work closely with service managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
  • Achieve departmental profit targets and optimise workshop retention levels
  • Assist in planning and organising workshop activities to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Requirements for this Workshop Controller role:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in a similar workshop management or controller role within the motor trade, ideally in a main dealer environment
  • We can consider experienced senior technicians who are looking to porgress
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of workshop operational processes
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
