Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to build a career within the motor trade? Our client is seeking a dedicated Service & Sales Admin to join their well-established, family-run car dealership in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment, with a busy and dynamic workshop you'll gain valuable experience across various aspects of automotive dealership administration and learn new skills.

- Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work required
- Preparing job cards and handling paperwork to support the service and sales departments
- Answering inbound customer calls and managing appointment bookings
- Assisting with warranty administration in support of the workshop team
- Supporting the sales team, including assisting with paperwork and customer communication
- Providing effective administrative support to the Service & Sales departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Experience or knowledge of motor trade administration roles such as Service Administrator or Sales Admin
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and support busy departments
- A proactive approach and eagerness to learn about the automotive industry
- Full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
