  • Competitive basic salary dependent on experience cira £35,000 - 45,000 plus uncapped earning potential with a realistic OTE of £70,000

Duties as a Car Sales Manager will include:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimise branch performance
  • Coach and mentor Sales Executives to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Manage the department’s financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, and profit targets
  • Oversee the sales administration process to ensure accurate recording of transactions
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the sales process
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth
Requirements needed for the Car Sales Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a retail motor environment
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication abilities
  • Numerate with good attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Target-driven with a successful track record of delivering results
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and developing others
