  • Location: Newtown
  • Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + OTE £35,000
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm + 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a busy and growing Aftersales/Service team in Newtown.

You’ll be a vital link between the workshop, suppliers, and customers, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time while helping to drive additional parts sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and order vehicle parts from approved suppliers and manufacturers
  • Pre-pick parts for the workshop to ensure efficient daily workflow
  • Add and update parts pricing within the VHC (Vehicle Health Check) system
  • Manage stock levels and support effective stock rotation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Assist technicians and service advisors with parts queries
  • Support goods-in processes and maintain accurate stock control
  • Develop and grow trade customers in the local area to increase parts sales
About You:
  • Previous experience in a motor trade parts role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Customer-focused with an interest in business development
