As a Service Advisor, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service experiences while maximising workshop revenue.

- Up To £32,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Duties of the Service Advisor:
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs, fostering transparency and trust
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
- Identify additional service opportunities and promote repairs and maintenance based on technician recommendations
- Schedule accurate workshop appointments and confirm customer bookings pre-visit
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer records in the dealership’s CRM system
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional, friendly approach
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a customer-focused Service Advisor role within the motor trade
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Experience in a target-driven environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Valid UK driving licence
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a reputable automotive environment
