We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership located in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become a key part of a successful team, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the service department.

Duties:
  • Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for service or repairs
  • Planning workshop workload and liaising with parts and workshop teams
  • Recording work carried out and updating customers throughout the process
  • Contacting customers for additional work or repairs needed
  • Ensuring customer lead times are met and providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with departmental administration and maintaining workshop schedules
Requirements:
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Previous experience in an automotive service department is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone
  • Patient, attentive, and a good listener
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Motivated to learn and develop within the automotive sector
