Aftersales Manager Required for Multi Franchised Car Dealership 

Pay: £45 - £50k Basic - £75k OTE 
Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday

Our client, a well-established multi-franchised car dealership based in Wimbledon, is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their dynamic team. Duties

  • Lead the Aftersales department to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Drive workshop performance to maximise productivity and profitability
  • Oversee the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience, including vehicle health checks and upselling
  • Manage and develop the service team, fostering a motivated and skilled workforce
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, legal, and financial regulations including DVSA MOT requirements
  • Implement new digital systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor departmental KPIs to meet targets and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain high standards across the service department to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a franchised dealership
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of digital dealership systems and processes
  • Ability to optimise workshop productivity and profitability
  • Sound understanding of health and safety and regulatory compliance
  • Drive to achieve and exceed targets
