  • Maintain health and safety compliance within the workshop
  • Promote additional services and help achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast fit or automotive service environment
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge, ideally with supervisory or technician background
  • Full UK driving licence
