Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

  • Conduct high-quality vehicle maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards and guidelines
  • Perform vehicle repairs and inspections to ensure safety and reliability
  • Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently
  • Provide professional technical advice and excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Vehicle Technician Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a dealership background preferred
  • Valid UK driving licence required; a current MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth
