Service Advisor – Prestige Automotive Dealership in Oldbury 
  • Basic Salary: Up to £32,000
  • OTE: £40,000+ (Uncapped)
  • Hours: 45 hours per week (8:00am – 6:00pm)
  • Saturdays: 1 in 4 (included in salary)
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Service Advisors to join a highly successful, prestige automotive dealership.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and customer-focused aftersales team, working with a well-established dealer group that offers strong earning potential and genuine career progression.

About this Service Advisor Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience.

As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Managing bookings for servicing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
  • Liaising with technicians and workshop control on vehicle progress
  • Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Ensuring vehicles are completed and ready within agreed time frames
  • This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role where communication, organisation, and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements for this Service Advisor role:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Experience with dealer management systems (e.g. Kerridge) is advantageous but not essential
